Superfriendly staff and beautiful location close to the Gondola for easy access to the slopes, everything was nice. My room was clean and the view of the mountains was great. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant, and Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Also, the property was at walking distance from Twing-Lischen-Kaserstatt.

Nicely decorated and bright hotel in a beautiful area really close to public transport runs like clockwork. Extremely friendly staffs, gave a few recommendations. Clean room plus central heating, a private safe, and a seating area. Really good experience, fabulous base for skiing.

The general areas, such as the lobby and terrace, were welcoming and cozy, perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The accessibility for senior people was well-considered, with easy access to the hotel from the parking area and a comfortable seating area in the lobby.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite, there were times when I could have used a bit more help, especially with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs.

Everything was just perfect!

I stayed here with my toddler and had a blast! The hotel is just a short walk away from the cable car, so we were able to easily access the slopes. The view from the sunny terrace was jaw-dropping, the regional cuisine in the restaurant was top-notch, and the sauna on the roof terrace was worth every penny.
